Premier Inn - has released plans for its innovative floating budget hotel 'Floatel' which the hotel chain intends to build in Hartlepool Marina. The planned hotel will offer the same quality and value as its other 556 hotels but with a sea view. To avoid sea sickness the hotel will float vertically with the tide but horizontal movement will be restricted by sleeved piles.
